I need to record this, or I’ll never get past it. I don’t know why, but maybe I do know why I ended up bingeing. I was just disgusted with myself. Not my weight - i was actually happy with my weight for once. It was my face, and my skin, how disgusting it looked up close and under light.
It made me cringe. It made me cry - but it didn’t even explain why I suddenly began binge eating Saturday evening all of a sudden.
